Shirish Hansji - Founder
Rajan Hansji - CEO & President

Rajan is the CEO & President of Hansji Corporation, responsible for oversight of Hansji’s investment, development, and management operations. Rajan has a successful multi-disciplinary track record that covers opportunistic real estate investment and development, and world class hotel operational expertise. He grew up in the hotel business and remained involved --- learning a great deal from his father via a hands on approach to learning.
With a passion for technology and innovation — Rajan formed Hansji Venture Fund in 2015 — focused on investment opportunities outside of real estate. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Amit Bhagat - Vice President of Operations

Amit joined Hansji in 2008. He is responsible for creating efficient operating procedures to ensure all departments within the Hansji's businesses perform optimally with the goal of delivering superior customer service and maximizing profits for the investors. He believes in “TEAM WORK” and developing procedures with the departments input. Prior to joining Hansji, he worked as an accountant & tax consultant in South Africa for 8 years. After moving to the United States he gained the experience in hands on hotel operations.
John Bissell - Vice President of Development

John joined Hansji in 2002 and has managed all of the redevelopment, design and construction efforts, including the award winning Marriott Residence Inn San Diego Gaslamp and the mixed-use Luhrs City Center. John brings a passion for product fruition, and with over 28 years of experience, leads the project team with this overview, lending the critical support and direction necessary for brand, engineering and ownership success. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development, pre-construction and construction of several million square feet of industrial, education, and hospitality facilities.
Fred Brown - Vice President of Operations

Fred oversees the day-to-day operations for Hansji's businesses. Since his recruitment in 1997, Fred has gained expertise in all facets of hotel operations, including purchasing, information technology, preventative maintenance, quality control, brand compliance, PIP management, hotel openings/acquisitions as well as all aspects of food and beverage operations. An active member of the hospitality community, Fred currently serves as Chairman for Anaheim/Orange County Hotel & Lodging Association, Chairman for Anaheim Tourism Investment District’s Transportation Fund, Vice Chairman for Anaheim Transportation Network as well as Treasurer for Visit Anaheim.
Marie Enriquez - Vice President of Sales

Marie is responsible for providing a strategic direction to the Hansji sales team with emphasis on sales strategy, creative marketing and promotional ideas, time management and excellence in customer service. As Vice President of Sales, Marie implements the annual marketing plan and tactical quarterly action plan for each hotel and sales team member, develops new business accounts on focus markets segments, arranges sales missions for both domestic and international markets, assistance in social media and all facets of social networking to further improve the current business process and analysis on current economic condition and emerging trends to further expand and grow Hansji’s portfolio. Marie’s hotel experience and management background include sales & marketing, catering, meeting events, guest services and reservations.
Kirti Hansji - Vice President
Kirti directs and manages the Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Hansji and its businesses which include recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement, compliance to regulatory procedures, employee orientation and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations and development of employee recognition programs, workers compensation and health benefits administration, employee safety and wellness, and employee services and counseling. Kirti is responsible for the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, high performance and continuous improvement.
Arun Malhotra - Corporate Controller
Accounting & Finance
Arun joined Hansji in 2003. Being a Chartered Accountant from India he brings with him his vast experience of over 25 years in the fields of accounting, auditing and other related fields. He firmly believes that a proper, clear and transparent accounting system is the backbone of a sound and efficient organization. He is responsible for ensuring that the various internal-controls implemented are being followed properly and effectively in the businesses. Arun likes working hand in hand with the various businesses and provides information that gives a comprehensive and analyzed picture of the operations of the respective businesses.
Sal Roma - Vice President of Revenue
Sector ~ Hospitality
Sal is responsible for the Revenue Management of all of Hansji's hotels. He has worked with Hansji since 1996 in various management positions from Senior Sales Manager to Assistant General Manager. Sal’s responsibility is to track, analyze and maximize revenues and profit associated with guest room sales by directing and monitoring regional revenue management practices; involvement in the development of each hotel property revenues from developing and recommending sales strategies, room mix and pricing; train property managers in rate strategies and guide the sales and marketing teams in the most effective positioning for their selling strategies; conduct sales & revenue meetings to ensure the proper mix of group and transient guests while maximizing occupancy and room revenue; and knowledge of each property reservations system for forecasting and reporting. Accountable for pricing, positioning and over-all rooms inventory; Sal oversees the process associated with demand, revenue, forecasting analysis and inventory management.
